These Terms govern your use of services provided by Hoppiplus.

Engagement & Billing

• Subscription model is billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Monthly (non-subscription) retainers are billed at the start of each month.
• Late payments may pause active work until cleared.

Content & Assets

• Client owns final creatives upon full payment.
• We may showcase anonymized performance results as portfolio unless you opt out.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime; work continues until the paid period ends.

Liability

Marketing results can vary. We exclude consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
